The Čokíno story

Čokíno is a small family business from Jindřichův Hradec. Since 2008 we have been making pralines, chocolate bars, figurines and chocolate liqueurs from quality ingredients.

Our founder Pavel Jirsa turned his love of chocolate into a craft. Today he runs the family business together with his son Václav Jirsa.

We work with first-class French chocolate from Michel Cluizel, a family chocolate house in Normandy, and we care about handwork. Nothing here comes off a production line; every praline is one of a kind.

We make some 50 kinds of pralines that change with the seasons. We also make our own chocolate liqueur from real chocolate, with no flavourings or substitutes, in two versions: dark chocolate for lovers of intense flavour and caramel chocolate for those who prefer smooth, creamy notes.

To us, chocolate is a pleasure for the moments when you want to treat yourself to something special. Customers come back for the taste and the personal service, and we try to fulfil every wish with a smile.
